Shaping the future business strategy of an energy supply system manufacturer

The Linton approach for our project began with a series of interviews with functional experts and management personnel from the company. These findings were enriched with external expert interviews to shed light on possible future applications. These discussions, combined with the extensive executive experience of our Linton team across various industries, enabled us to thoroughly analyze and address key topics. By leveraging this collective expertise, we successfully identified critical information necessary for developing future solutions. To map our findings and results effectively, we employed the Business Model Canvas as our primary tool. This structured method ensured a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape and facilitated the creation of innovative and sustainable strategies.
